The Port of Savannah, the nation’s largest port in volume, contains over 50 piers, wharves and docks. This informational 90-minute tour begins with a scenic view of Savannah’s Historic Riverfront and then ventures upriver to the Georgia Port Authority. Here, your captain will give you insight into how a port works as you take in the enormity of the cargo ships. It is fascinating for all ages.
We recommend wearing clothing appropriate for water activities and bringing water, snacks, and sunscreen.
